David Turner was born and raised and now resides on Virginia’s Eastern Shore, a wildlife-rich peninsula sandwiched between the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The study of wildlife has been a primary focus in David’s life. David and his fa- ther own and manage Turner Sculpture, which has served as their studios bronze foundry and gallery since 1983. Their large public-commissioned work can be seen at numerous museums, zoos and other institutions, and their sculptures form part of many private collections throughout the United States.
